Sonata Morales for Those on a Budget

This is a quick post because the longer I take to do it the less time you have to get it!  Tonight only, the last night of Fashion for Life, this gorgeous Sonata Morales dress, Savanna, is marked down to 200 L from it's original price of 900 L.  Never again will it be this inexpensive.  If you've ever drooled over her amazing dresses and said I can't afford it, now you can!  Bonus: All proceeds from the sale of this dress will be donated to Relay for Life of The American Cancer Society.

Also, Body Canvas has marked down all her tattoos by 50% and Heartsick has marked down some skins at FFL tonight only!  Slurls are to sim and not necessarily the store.

Pink Plus Green Equals Win

One of my all time favorite color combinations is definitely pink and green, especially in very bright versions like this.  Torley got something right!

My eye makeup is from Boom and is only a whopping 1L and it comes with lashes and no lashes options.  My piercings are from Phoebe's Piercings & More, a new to me store, and I think they are well made.  They are modifiable so you can easily get the fit you want if your lip shape is more on the extreme end.  They are a group gift for the Feebs Neko Mall.  My skin is from Sn@tch and I adore this face!  I have to warn you though that the body is totally cray-cray crazy!  The boobs are eyeballs! LOL!  Totally fun for spooky pictures or regular pretty photos if you cover them up.  The top I am wearing is part of a super fun outfit from Vaughan's House of Curiosities and is not free BUT it is a 100% charity donation item at Fashion For Life HERE. It is a full length catsuit and also comes with a belt and coat. You can see more of the outfit blogged HERE by the lovely Paisley Mizin. The Fashion For Life event ends today so hurry to grab it!  The eyes are my standbys from Croire and are not free.  My hair is from Amacci and is not free.  I tinted it to be a slightly brighter green.

Gifties and More Charity Gownage!

Gownage isn't a word, I know. BUT AWESOME IS.  So have a peek at an awesome gown from Eclectic Firefly which is an awesome donation item with proceeds going to the awesome Relay For Life charity.  Yep, three awesomes in that sentence.  Because giving to charity is awesome x3.  I also want to note that the studio box I am using is on the Marketplace for only 199L from Kamrek Creations and has FORTY-SEVEN different texture options so check it out!
On the freebie front we have this adorable crown in the notices of the December update group.  I love all the little details and the color of it especially.  My skin is new from Matrioska and isn't free but I am all about supporting new skin brands, especially those that cater to the spooky in any way!
These adorable little cups and leather boxes are a group gift in notices from BP.  I love this store and would buy everything in the store to make my own little entirely BP house if I had more land than my Linden home in which to put any of it. xD
I also want to make a note about my background.  I am posing in the new
OK so buy, enjoy, and have a great week!

FFL Ending and Krystal Beginnings

Hi Free*Stylers!  Most years we have made a huge deal of the annual Fashion for Life event that benefits Relay for Life.  I've been pretty swamped this year with RL and blogging the event on my own blog but I didn't want it to end on the 20th without mentioning it.  The emphasis is not really on freebies, nor should it be, as the charity is so worthy, but there are some gifts spattered about the sim as well as gacha areas in each area and a hunt.  The hunt, though not free, is a great way to pick up some bargains from favorite designers.  Each store has at least 3 special vendors that offer exclusive items where 100% of the proceeds will be donated to charity.  Most stores will move these vendors to their stores once the fair has ended but the organizers have really gone out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. The event is spread out over 10 sims and every time I have returned it has been rather lag free.  The sims are themed and well built (my personal favorite is DreamSeeker Volta as I am a huge Frank Lloyd Wright buff).  The link for FFL above will give you any further information you need, including the prizes for the amazing raffle, a map of the sims as well as included stores, and hopefully soon a photo of Harper Beresford dressed as a pig, if an overall goal is reached.
The gown I am wearing is one of the five donation gowns offered by Kouse's Sanctum at FFL.  It's a gorgeous gown that really shows what incredible range Kouse has.  Her gowns are very popular amongst RP folks, particularly medieval-based groups, but she can do so much more. She has always dabbled in jewelry making but has decided to go beyond that and open Krystal, a fine jewelry store.  She is holding a photo contest until March 23rd.  Simply take a photo of yourself wearing one of the new Krystal products making sure you include your full avatar name in the photo title and post it so the Krystal Flickr group.  Everyone who enters will win a prize.  1st place winners will get the opportunity to inspire the next Krystal set as well as receive ALL sets available in the store in the metal of your choice.  2nd place will 1000L of Krystal jewelry (your choice) and have a future set named after you.  3rd place can chose 500 L worth of jewelry and also have a future set named after you.  So get shopping!
