With the help of Jolene, I bought her complete avi and mine for under $150L. That's the skin, shape, clothes, tats, piercings! The only I added to my avi is the hair, shoes, and breard (beard to make him rougher looking).

Color Color Color

My last post was black and white so today we have lots of color! This free corsage from LaGyo adds a nice pop of color to the basic colors in the Cupcakes group gift dress and the tattoos and the 32L unicorn necklace add a bit of quirkiness to the soft skin and hair from Hal Hina and Mikan. Most of the post is not free but I just adore these things and nothing is overly expensive.

It's a geekgasm!!

For those of you that remember it, the Geekgasm Hunt has returned for its second run this year! W00t! And for those that don't, this ia a fun lil hunt all about getting your geek on! I really enjoyed this hunt, but there are some lil problems along the way (gifts being incorrectly/ differently numbered and at least one store which has dropped out). Having fun with bright colors today. I saw this yellow-lipped skin on my pal KawaiiNicole's blog and had to snap it up. The bright coloring reminded me of this pink hair and rainbow bag from Arata Shouten. To keep it a little less crazy a simple black dress makes a good base. :)

Beat Down

I hope everyone is having a great weekend, and a Happy Fathers Day! I found some great finds today, and wanted to pass them along to you.

The first is the skin from Akeruka, it's a group gift and although it has some bruises, cuts and scrapes in it, the skin is awesome! The group is free to join!

The Jacket is a group gift from Airflow, they have three gifts total for men and women, and the group is free to join. I've never been to Airflow, and ended up buy 3 hats and a pair of shorts while I was there. Awesome store, and new to me.

The jeans are from 22769, and part of a outfit for the La Venta Eventa, and only $100L for the entire outfit, well worth it.

Also, Belleza just came out with a new male skin, and if your not in the Belleza group, your missing out on some of the best gifts in Secondlife. Megan: YS&YS group gift

Your Skin & Your Shape has a new group gift and it has been worth the wait.  Megan is a lovely skin with a soft glow to the face.  The group is free to join which seems to be a rarer thing to find these days.  This adorable dress is from X*plosion and it is from the Depraved Summer Nights Hunt.  It comes in two versions (one without flowers) as well as a black bra layer (or you can go without the bra for a clean line).  This was my first visit to this store and I really liked it.  When you visit make sure to visit the discount area where there are boxes with tons of freebies from eyes to skins to clothing.  Thank you to both designers for their kind generosity.

Prom Queen!

So I wanted to be prom queen at the Pulse sim prom this year but I knew that Sanura Snowpaw was a shoe-in. Well, I put on my shades to protect my identity and...um...had "words" with her under the bleachers.

Next thing you know I am prom queen! I ended up with a little broken nose but you should see the other guy. ;D

Sn@tch and Pulse sims are having a cute little prom. Hidden in the venue are tons of tiny boxes from a bunch of stores. The items are priced 0L-100L. NOT ALL ARE FREE but it seemed like most were. I'm only showing a couple of the things because the new viewer update decided it hates me and I am still getting used to the alternative viewer of my choice so taking photos is rough stuff I tells ya!! The Alpha and Omega of Awesome.

The wonderful Lette Ponnier alerted us on Plurk that not only were the AMAZING Alpha Point and Omega point open again but that there were also some super fun gifts. One that I especially love is this avatar!

Go Purple Go Purple Go!

Some free and not free stuff today. Every once in a while I like to mix some not free stuff here just to get your shopper's blood flowing! All the not free stuff is pretty inexpensive for the ultra high quality though so it's worth it. That said, check out some freebs! Who says black socks are bad? Not I! And not Berries Inc. Though if you like white socks they have those too. And stripes? Who doesn't love stripes!? I thought the summery top from Somnia at the Chic Birthday event was a fun addition AND you get a large pack of other colors included. Also the furniture from Entropy is hot stuff! I tinted it a little purple but it's a lovely shade of red.

This eye makeup is from the Musa Makeup subscriber kiosk. There are always lots of gifts and lucky boards here for soft makeups. My skin is a not free new release from L. Fauna which is awesome and I blogged about over at Broke By Payday. The necklace is from Lolapop! and not free but I have one super similar in RL so this excited me a bunch.

The shoes are not free and are from Lassitude & Ennui. You can get a similar style for free in the Black Butler hunt but I had to choose the skulls and purple!!
