Pink Plus Green Equals Win

One of my all time favorite color combinations is definitely pink and green, especially in very bright versions like this.  Torley got something right! 

My eye makeup is from Boom and is only a whopping 1L and it comes with lashes and no lashes options.  My piercings are from Phoebe's Piercings & More, a new to me store, and I think they are well made.  They are modifiable so you can easily get the fit you want if your lip shape is more on the extreme end.  They are a group gift for the Feebs Neko Mall.  My skin is from Sn@tch and I adore this face!  I have to warn you though that the body is totally cray-cray crazy!  The boobs are eyeballs! LOL!  Totally fun for spooky pictures or regular pretty photos if you cover them up.  The top I am wearing is part of a super fun outfit from Vaughan's House of Curiosities and is not free BUT it is a 100% charity donation item at Fashion For Life HERE. Just a little mix and match look for you today before I go back to enjoying my lovely, rainy Sunday.  Anyone but me just love cloudy, slightly gloomy, but still warmish days?  Love them.  Anyway, my outfit is from Sn@tch.  The ivory-colored over shirt is part of a dress that you can win from the lucky boards in several colors.  My shirt and shorts are part of a set of about a zillion pieces (including roller skate sneakers and a skating AO!) that you can win in the 7Seas fishing pond** next to the lucky board.  My bag is a group gift from Tee*fy in store and it's mesh and so cute and also includes a larger shoulder style bag.

My hair is from Vive9 at Collabor88 and is pretty cool because it comes with a tattoo layer hair base portion that works to make the hair have a realistic center part.  My skin is from Adore&Abhor at Flux and is only 100L.  I took the eyebrow off the skin and added a little drama with the eyebrow remover that comes inside the punk eyebrows pack at Miss Shippe's Studio.

**Note about 7Seas fishing:
To use the 7Seas fishing system *and* win all prizes you must purchase a pro rod (it's around 250L or something like that I think) and use bait (30L for 100 pieces.)  The fishing rod then can be used at any location that has 7Seas fishing and you don't ever have to purchase another rod, just bait when you run out.  There are a zillion places that allow 7Seas fishing so it's very worth the cost.

Whoopsie!

Good Morning Lovies!

I have ten million things I want to blog and am SO TIRED and all the V3 viewers won't let me use shadows and I'm SO LAZY and and and...whine whine whine!!!!!  But enough whining!  There's no whining in blogging (or crying in baseball, apparently.)  I'm feeling the fall colors at the moment.  Yes, I love my brights, but I also love me some gem tones and colors reminiscent of autumn leaves.  This dress from Addict is my favorite color!  Green makes me sooooooo happy.  Not enough deep greens in clothing I tells ya! The tights are just the perfect knit for fall.  You know how in RL when it starts to get chilly and you want to wear you're dresses but don't want to freeze your legs off?  Knit tights are my go to item for that.  You can get them in the fortune teller machine at Sn@tch in the dark color pack.  I'm wearing one from the light pack though because...I felt like it. :P

I know Eden already beat me to blogging the pipe from the Vaughan's hunt but, oh well, you can deal with seeing it again. :P  I'm happy to see Marleen back making things again after Marly's closed a while back and if you head to the store you'll see lots of fun stuff that will make you happy too.  The tattoo is SO FUN and it's free in the Seasons Hunt from Miss Shippe's Studio.  This store is just jam packed with creative, whimsical, FUN things for your various body parts.  Another store that is stuffed to the max with creativity is Solidea Folies and for a limited time you can get this great autumn necklace free in the subscriber.

I had to include some house items from La Flat as well at Dutchie because I feel like we just don't show enough of these things.  Plus I'm a sucker for vinyl records and cheese soooo...woo!  These boots are from AnE Meshworks (Adam N Eve's new mesh items line) and are NOT free but dang they sure are cute.  I may not love all mesh clothes but the shoes and furniture I am seeing from stores lately have me clapping my hands with joy, even if I have to use the mean old V3 viewers.

The Nurse Should Not Be the One To Put Salt In Your Wounds

Don't Be a Hater, Boy!

So the new Me-I Humanoidism Hair lucky board hair is called Avril. I am sooo not a big fan of Avril You-Know-Who but this hair? Such a fan. I love that it looks sort of faded and the colors a little uneven in a way that makes me instantly think of so many folks I knew in my younger days. The little crown adds a fun touch too! The outfit (minus the undershirt) is the new fishing outfit at Sn@tch! My eyeliner is a group gift from Ni.Ju. I am loving the creativity in this store. Prom Queen!

So I wanted to be prom queen at the Pulse sim prom this year but I knew that Sanura Snowpaw was a shoe-in. Well, I put on my shades to protect my identity and...um...had "words" with her under the bleachers.

Next thing you know I am prom queen! I ended up with a little broken nose but you should see the other guy. ;D

Free Dove Update!

I am sure most of us remember the Free Dove. When you are a new player and not sure if you will like SL you want to try it out without spending a lot of money, so you search "free" in places. In general you end up with a load of...um...yuck. The Free Dove started out several years ago as a place to introduce new players to *good* designers by giving them free gifts as a way to look good as a start. Sadly, the store had not been updated in ages and was feeling very dated. Well the owner decided to reinvigorate it! Right now there are a lot of designers working on new goodies to put out there and a few have already set up some items. Check it out!
