Boots: Forsaken, new release.  Available in lots of colors!  Men's and women's sizes, other styles available as well.  You can get a brown pair free at the Seraphim HQ but I personally prefer this black pair in all its chainy-skully-spikey glory.
Vest: Schadenfreude
Hair: Love
